The Last of Us: Task #2

Recommended Posts

Fasten your seatbelts everyone! Task #2 is taking off!

This task will allow members to contribute to the site, and it was created based on suggestions from you guys!

Your second task is:

Create info card descriptions for 5 ctoons!

How to do this?

1. Select 5 of your favorite ctoons whose info cards don't have descriptions yet
2. Create a description for each of these toons. See below on how to come up with a good description.
3. Post your 5 descriptions (and the ctoons they are for) in this topic when you have them ready

4. If another person has already posted a description for one of your toons, you must choose a new toon
5. Wait anxiously for your descriptions to be added in-game!

How to write an info card description:

Descriptions are generally 2-3 sentences. They describe the character (appearance, personality, relationship with other characters, etc). They should describe the main features while still being concise. Make sure to double check for spelling and grammar errors. And most importantly, have fun with it! There's no exact way to write a description. Be as creative as you want and do what you think best represents the character/toon. Check out some older toons to see what their descriptions are like. Here's one I whipped up as an example:

Bolin (Legend of Korra): Pro Bender. Mover star. Military officer. Is there anything Bolin can't do? A fundamental part of Team Avatar, Bolin uses his powerful earthbending skills to assist Korra against her foes. Although naive at times, he is fiercely loyal and always willing to do what it takes to protect those that he loves.

Deadline to complete this task:

Sunday Night!

If you have any questions, concerns, or just want to talk about the contest then please refer to this thread and post there!

Figured I'd take some of the Regular Show set.

Benson - This talking gumball machine of a boss is always hard at work, and rarely has time for social gatherings. Of course, when he does get to a party, it's tough to stop him. Just make sure not to slack off around him, or "you're fired!"

Mitch Sorenstein - "Muscle Man" can almost always be found with his best friend, High Five Ghost. If not, you'll probably see him with Starla, his soon-to-be bride. Bring him to the gym and impress your friends!

Mordecai - This talking bluejay is best known for loving video games, slacking off, and spending time with his best friend Rigby. He's constantly messing things up with his two love interests - Margaret and CJ. Will he ever learn?

Pops Maellard - Owner of the biggest head you've ever seen, Pops is the elder-statesmen at the Park. If you're in financial trouble, Pops will be happy to take care of things with his "currency." At least the lollipops are tasty.

Rigby - The lovable sidekick to Mordecai is probably even more lazy than his buddy. Rigby seems to have developed a fondness for Eileen, though he never does anything about it. You can't beat him at a game of Bank Shot, though!

Inuyasha

Oops.

Attacking Inuyasha-Inuyasha wielding the Tessaiga, the sword his father left for him which was created from his fathers fang. The Tessaiga can kill 100 demons with a single strike using the Wind Scar

.

Attacking Yura- A demon who uses the hair of dead humans as a weapon. No one can see the hair, making her a tough opponent to beat!

Biking Duo- When Kagome isn't riding around on Inuyashas back, she uses her Bicycle that she brought from her era, into the Fuedal Era!

Bankotsu

The leader of The Band of Seven. He wields a huge halberd called Banryu. Naraku revived Bankotsu and The Band of Seven by using fragments of the jewel shard. In return for their lives, The Band of Seven agrees to kill Inuyasha and his friends.

Battle-Ready Kagome- When Kagome first used her bow, she accidentally broke the Sacred Jewel into hundreds of pieces. After lots of practice she masters her archery skills and helps defeat demons with Inuyasha and friends.

Battle-Ready Kirara- Kiraras transformed state is very formidable and helps when Inuyasha and friends are in battle. Her flames will not burn you as long as she trusts you. She is Sangos partner but she allows everyone to ride around on her.

Battle-Ready Kohaku- Although Naraku still has Kohaku under his control, Kohaku eventually remembers that he slaughtered his whole family and wants to make Naraku pay for making him do it.

Battle-Ready Miroku- Although Miroku's wind tunnel is a curse, he uses it to his advantage to defeat demons. Every time he uses his wind tunnel, the hole in his hand slightly increases in size. One day the hole will grow so big that it will devour him, unless he can kill Naraku!

Cloaked Naraku- Hiding behind a Baboon costume, Naraku is the most powerful half demon alive. He is a shape shifter and he changes disguises in order to deceive people and plot them against one another. He wants to collect the Sacred Jewel so that he can become a full demon.

Ginkotsu- A member of the Band of Seven. His expertise is in weaponry because he is literally a walking tank. The Band of Seven use Ginkotsu as a weapon to blow up and kill people. He has numerous cannons and missles attached to him and uses them all on Inuyasha's group.

Jakotsu and Suikotsu

- Jakotsu uses a sword that is made up of numerous curved blades. The blades can shift anyway they want and can extend a long distance. Any opponent would have a hard time trying to figure out where the blades are going to go. Jakotsu is the third in command of the Band of Seven.

Suikotsu- Suikotsu has a split personality, sort of like Jekyll and Hyde. He once was a caring doctor who looked after orphaned children and then a traumatic event happened and his evil personality awakened which is why he is a part of The Band of Seven.

Kagura- Kagura the Wind Sorceress. She is a reincarnation of Naraku and she controls the wind around her. Naraku dispatches her to go out and do his evil bidding. She constantly fights against Inuyasha and Koga. However, Kagura doesn't like that Naraku can control her and she wants to be free.

Kanna- Kanna of The Void was the first incarnation of Naraku. She carries around a mirror with her that allows her to steal peoples souls and she also uses it to repel any attacks against her. She could even repel Inuyashas Wind Scar.

Kyoukotsu- Kyoukotsu is massive in size but he isn't very powerful. When it comes to destroying a village or mediocre demons, he is useful. His role in The Band of Seven isn't very important.

Midoriko- She was a very powerful priestess who created the Jewel of Four Souls. She fought in an all out war against numerous demons and eventually to win the war she had to sacrifice herself. Her soul is what is now called the Sacred Jewel or Shikon Jewel.

Mukotsu- Mukotsu's specialty is using poison and gases. He is a mastermind of creating different poisons and uses them to kill villages and demons. He may not have brute power but he is still valuable to The Band of Seven.

Renktosu- Renkotsus specialty is creating weaponry. He built Ginkotsu into a tank that had numerous missiles and cannons on it. Renktosu also uses a hand cannon and oil that he spits from his mouth as his weapons.

Possessed Kagome- A demon possesses Kagome and tries to make her kill Inuyasha the same way Kikyo tried to kill Inuyasha 50 years ago. How tragic.

Considering the air nation isn't an actual thing in the Avatar world, no. The four nations of the Avatar world are the Water Tribe, the Earth Kingdom, the Fire Nation and the Air Nomads, so the proper way to correct me here is to have me rename it to Air Nomads :)

How are these? Also I'll add more as I put them together.

Hollow Ichigo: Talk about inner demons, Hollow Ichigo, also known as “Zangetsu” is Ichigo's Inner hollow. Except for the inverted colors, Zangetsu's appearance is virtually identical to that of Ichigo. Zangetsu's most notable features are his maniacal laughter and psychotic grin. He is an arrogant, brutal, disrespectful, and sadistic monster who's reason for existence is to try and take over Ichigo's power and body and kill everything and everyone. The complete opposite of Ichigo.

Chaser John Doe: John Doe "The Chaser" is a dream demon and the boss of a large cat army. At first he seemed to have an interest in Yumeji, he had intended on capturing Yumeji and use his body as a vessel in order to enter the real world and almost did so. However he was stopped by Merry Nightmare. Later on The Chaser heals Yumeji's wounds that were inflicted by Engi Threepiece and helps Yumeji to understand how dream demons came to the real world. The Chaser claims his motives behind his actions are because he's "an ally of the truth".

Nine-Tailed Fox: The Nine-Tailed Fox also known as “Kurama” is one of the nine tailed beasts. For centuries he was sought after just to be used as a weapon for war. Also he was regarded as nothing but a heartless monster who felt no emotions and deserved none in return. This caused Kurama to hate humanity. After being sealed inside of Naruto Uzumaki, Kurama continued to attempt to maintain his negative opinions about the world, but because of Naruto's good-heartedness and constantly treating Kurama with respect, the fox changed his opinion about the world and willingly helped Naruto to protect it instead.

Venustoise: You thought that only Goku and others from the Dragonball Z world did the fusion dance? Guess again. … No sadly this pokemon was only created by an illusion from a Gastly in the episode The Ghost of Maiden's Peak. In that episode a Gastly had the ability to bring illusions enough to life that they were capable of attacking people. That was how this crossbreed between a Blastoise and a Venusaur was created.

Cosplay Naruto: Next time on Dragonball.... Wait a moment that's Naruto he is in the wrong show. Well that would be the case if this was the show. But this Naruto was an unlockable character in the video game Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z

Gift-Giving Iago: Normally this wisecracking parrot is as greedy as they come always looking to see what he will get. But this Christmas he decided to be kind and give gifts to others. But one wonders if he is really giving from the heart or just hoping that Santa is watching and will give him something bigger?

Got Milk? Ed: One thing you should know about Edward Elric besides getting mad when one talks about his short stature. That is that he hates milk. Just looking at it will get him irritable. However he loves stew even though he knows that milk is in it.
